Terry Nedbalski, DDS

The most rewarding thing about being an oral and maxillofacial surgeon is the ability to change people’s lives for the better—very quickly.

Meet Dr. Nedbalski

Dr. Terry Nedbalski is a Colorado native and a 1995 graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. His track to becoming an oral surgeon began after several years as a computer programmer when he realized that he was meant to help change people’s lives for the better, not look at a computer screen all day. He broke a tooth playing flag football and met a dentist who inspired him and sparked an interest. Once in dental school, he fell in love with the oral and maxillofacial surgery specialty. Currently, Dr. Nedbalski practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and has a particular clinical interest in dentoalveolar surgery and dental implant reconstruction.

Dr. Nedbalski takes great pride in the work they do at Boulder Oral Surgery, always going the extra mile to make patients feel welcome and taken care of. The doctor always makes a special effort to take time with his patients to really listen and connect, walking them through every step of their treatment in the kindest and most understanding way possible. He would like his patients to know that he and the entire team at Boulder Oral Surgery are here to help them with experience, expertise and compassion. They have many years of experience making sure patients are comfortable and at ease as well as getting the best possible care by a very experienced surgeon. Feel free to speak to any of us at any time — your experience in our care is our top priority, and great communication is key.

Dr. Nedbalski has lectured around the country on the topics of full-mouth reconstruction with dental implants, All-on-4® reconstruction, digitally guided surgery, and minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Nedbalski is on the hospital staff and takes trauma calls at Boulder Community Hospital — he and Dr. Chai are two of only four oral surgeons in Boulder who do this!
