We feel that everyone benefits when there is a definite and clear financial agreement between doctor and patient prior to treatment. An Estimate of your total fee will be given at the consulation appointment. To make financial arrangements as easy for you as possible, we offer different methods of payment.
PLAN 1: Payment Upon Service (for consultation only visit/or if you do not have dental insurance)
Total payment is required for services rendered the day of treatment. We accept cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard and Visa.
PLAN 2: Insurance (for combined consultation/surgery visit if you do have dental insurance)
As a courtesy, we will help you complete and mail your claim. However, it is your responsibility to confirm with your dental insurance that you are free to see the provider of your choice. Assignment of benefits is required unless you elect to pay the entire charge at the time of service.
Any difference between our charges and what your insurance company pays is strictly your responsibility. Regardless of how your policy reads, you will be required to pay 30% of our total charge on the day of service. This is an AVERAGE that most insurance companies do NOT pay. Any difference will promply be refunded or billed to you. Insurance companies usually take 3-5 weeks to pay a claim.
