The entire Boulder Oral Surgery & Dental Implants team is excited to resume both emergency and elective treatments again and fulfill your oral health needs. We are scheduling appointments now.
We are now scheduling appointments. If you need oral surgery care, our team is here for you.
If you cannot visit the office, we are offering online video consultations for you to be evaluated by a specialist.
We are taking additional measures to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff while our office remains open.
To Our Patients,
I hope this letter finds you safe and healthy.
First, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all of you. As uncertain as these times may be, your consideration and support are an unwavering reminder of the wonderful individuals and families I have had the privilege to serve over the years.
Patient health and safety are always taken very seriously at our oral surgery practice. Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation and will continue to operate on a normal schedule for now, but these hours could change based on how the situation progresses in our community. We are encouraging our employees to stay home if they are not feeling well or have possibly been exposed to someone who is ill. We are also asking patients to do the same. Please call to reschedule your appointment if you or your family member have any cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc.) or have traveled out of the country within the past 30 days.
We will continue to use CDC and OSHA-mandated cleaning and disinfection protocols in our treatment area utilizing a bactericidal, viricidal, fungicidal, and tuberculocidal disinfectant that will kill the coronavirus. Our surgical team employees wear N-95 masks and all required personal protective equipment to keep both our patients and our staff safe. We have taken extra precautions to ensure our surgical operatories are sterile, safe, and free from potential aerosols to protect our patients during any procedure they have here. As an extra precaution to keep our patients and staff protected, we will have hand sanitizer for you to use when you first come into our office. We have also removed magazines and coffee and water stations from our waiting room to help prevent cross-contamination, and our lobby is arranged to allow for social distancing.
We would like to limit family members in our waiting room and in our treatment areas; it would be helpful for everyone, except the patient and perhaps one family member if necessary, to wait in the car and provide a cell phone number so we can update you about the appointment by phone.
The health and safety of our patients and our team are of the utmost importance. We greatly appreciate your help and understanding with these temporary measures to combat the spread of COVlD-19 (coronavirus). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give our office a call.
Again, thank you for entrusting my office with your care during these challenging times. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Sincerely,
Terry Nedbalski, DDS
